Caravan pitches
The caravan area is divided into two nice grass areas with a variety of pitch sizes, some offering up to 130 m2. All pitches have electricity with some requiring CEE plugs which the guests must provide themselves. These can also be bought in our shop if needed. Some of the pitches also offer water and waste water connections - please ask our staff in reception for more information.
Caravans may only be parked on the allocated pitch. For fire and safety reasons, there must be a distance of at least 2 m between the unit and the pitch boundary, and at least 4 m to the next unit. We reserve the right to move your unit if these instructions are not followed.
The space is for 1 caravan + 1 car. Other cars should be parked in the visitors’ car park off site. Through routes must be kept clear at all times to allow passage for emergency vehicles. The caravan tow bar should be facing the road.
Campers
The camperarea is open all year, has 42 places with electricity and is located next to the campsite. Here you are on artificial turf and overlook the sea.
The pitches are now bookable. You can book online, directly at the reception, by email or phone. If you arrive when we have closed and not pre-booked, you can book and pay on site via mobile.
Here you will find WC and you can also empty the latrine, refill fresh water and all is included in the price.
Price 230 - 300 sek / night, depending on the season.
Tent pitches
If you prefer sleeping in a tent we have a large grass area for this purpose. If you want a tent pitch with electricity, we offer that. Note that tents must not be pitched on a caravan pitch where there is already a caravan. Note also that a tent counts as a separate unit. For fire and safety reasons, all tents must be pitched in the designated tent area.
Heavy vehicles
Coaches must park in the designated areas. Heavy vehicles must use special places. Ask in the reception for more information.
Reception
Our reception is also an authorised tourist office providing information on activities, accommodation, etc.

Accessibility
The majority of our service buildings and several of our cabins have been adapted to suit guests with disabilities, please contact reception for more information. There is a wheelchair accessible floating jetty on the beach. Beach wheelchair available to borrow free of charge at the Beach Service Desk.
Booking rules
Cancellation insurance
Through purchasing a cancellation insurance for 350 SEK the registration fee and the final payment will be refunded if the following occur:
- Death, illness or a serious accident have occurred to you, your spouse/partner, you/your partners parents, children, siblings or co-travlers.
- Another serious incident occur that is beyond your control, which you could not have foreseen when you made your reservation, resulting in it being unreasonable to require that you should abide to your reservation e.g. compromising fire or flooding to your home.
- If you are summoned to the army or civil defense.
- If you due to unemployment or a new employment are unable to proceed with your reservation.
You will have to confirm your impediment by providing us with documents, for example a medical certificate, authority certificate or proof an insurance claim. The document shall be forwarded to us within 14 days from the reservation date. Only then the rental amount will be refunded. The cancellation insurance also gives your the right to cancel an ongoing stay and to recover the amounts corresponding to the part of the lenght of stay you have not been able to use if any of the above points occur.
What if I want to cancel?
If you cancel your reservation you will not be reimbursed for the service fee, the registration fee or final payment. However, if you have purchased a cancellation insurance you will be fully reimbursed, excluding the insurance fee and service fee, according to the special conditions that apply (see point above). No refund will be done if you choose to interrupt your stay earlier than planned.
Other
By booking you allow us to send you newsletters by e-mail and you get the opportunity to participate in our guest survey via e-mail until you have unsubscribed to these.
Service fee
For all reservations via telephone or email a service fee of 135 SEK will be charged. If you book online or drop-in bookings the same day, no fee will be applied.
Internet
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi. All you need is a computer, tablet or smart phone set up for Wi-Fi. Log on with your email address and name.
Debit and credit cards
You are more than welcome to pay by debit and credit cards at the camping reception, all shops, cafés and the restaurant.
Cash
We only accept cash during summer in Swedish currency, SEK at the Rentals, Café Byscaya and the shop in the reception building.
Post
There is a yellow postbox at reception, emptied every day at 10:00. Long-stay guests can collect their post and papers from the box labelled ”Gästers post”.

Everyone staying with us must have a valid camping card which can be purchased at reception or online. The card offers a range of discounts and special offers in Sweden and Europe and even includes an accident insurance for the whole family.
