Skellefteå municipality publishes two periodicals, S/Å Magasin and the staff magazine Ida.
S/Å Magasin is published twice a year and is distributed to residents who have moved out of the municipality and have it sent their home address, at their own or their relatives' request. It is also distributed to companies in Skellefteå municipality and is also available at Welcome House in the town hall. S/Å replaces the Skellefteå newspaper. S/Å is also available as a website.
Ida is a staff magazine aimed at Skellefteå municipality's employees and elected representatives. The magazine is published four times a year.
S/Å magazine is Skellefteå's own magazine that reflects what is happening here, interspersed with tips on current events and reports on interesting people.
Subscribe to S/Å
The magazine is sent out to residents who have moved out of the municipality and who receive it sent home at their own or their relatives' request. If you are a resident of Skellefteå municipality and want to receive it in your mailbox, you can subscribe to it. Contact customer service via the form below if you want to subscribe to the magazine. State your name and address. The subscription costs nothing!
Change of address
The easiest way to change your address is to email your new address to Skellefteå municipality's customer service. Don't forget to include your name and your old address!
About the magazine
S/Å Magasin replaces the Skellefteå newspaper published by the municipality since the fall of 1990 and distributed to households in Skellefteå municipality. Since 1994, residents of Skellefteå who have moved away can also have the magazine sent home, and today over 9,000 copies are sent to readers in Sweden and abroad. With the transition to S/Å Magasin, the newspaper is only distributed to expatriate Skellefteå residents and those who want to subscribe to the newspaper in the municipality. It is also available as its own website: S/Å magazine on the web
S/Å Magasin has an editor and publisher at the municipality's marketing unit. Texts, photos and production are done in collaboration with a contracted communications agency.

About Ida
Ida is published four times a year and is aimed at all the municipality's employees, both permanent and temporary staff and all elected representatives.
The staff magazine has an editor at the municipality's information unit and the municipal director is the responsible publisher. Texts, photos and production are done in collaboration with a contracted communications agency.
