At KAA, we can support you if you have not started or dropped out of upper secondary education to find a meaningful alternative. In this contact form, you can let us know what you are doing and if you want support to find out your goals and how you can reach them.

The form is for you who are registered as a resident in Skellefteå municipality and who are not studying at upper secondary level and are under 20 years of age.

The municipal activity responsibility means that the municipality must keep itself informed about which young people are covered by the responsibility. In Skellefteå municipality, young people are followed up by coordinators and study and vocational counselors in the Education and Labor Market Administration.

The municipal activity responsibility applies to young people who:

  • Under the age of 20.
  • Do not complete education in national programs in upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school or equivalent education
  • Not completed education on national programs in upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school or equivalent education.

Young people are offered support in finding paths to study, training or work. It is voluntary to take part in support from the activity responsibility.

Discontinuation of studies must be reported
