Kaplanen
The contractor plans to build 12 terraced flats in the Kaplanen neighbourhood, with safe areas for children to play and be active.
Anderstorp continues to develop as a new townhouse area has been built in Tuböle. The homes were move-in ready at the turn of the year 2022/2023.
The area concists of three townhouses with 15 condominiums located in Tuböle, northeast of Anderstorg, between Tubölegatan and Anderstorpsleden.
The condominiums are 115 square meters in size, distributed over two floors, with patios facing Anderstorpsleden, and entrances/exits from Tubölegatan. A parallel private street will be built in front of the new area, as well as a new pedestrian and bicycle path along Tubölegatan. A noise barrier will also be installed to protect against traffic noise from Anderstorpsleden.
