Townhouse in a family area

A residential area close to nature is planned in Ursviken with 25-30 townehouses. The homes are planned in an existing residential area.

The tenant-owned townhouses are planned to be built in the Kokaren block, facing Skelleftehamnsvägen to the north and Stapelgatan to the south. The houses will be built with two floors and a wooden facade. The connection between the residential area and the nearby forest will be strengthened.

Nearby are Döraberget and Haratjärnen. The mountain is a popular forest area with an electric light trail and the tarn is a popular swimming spot in summer.
