Moröhöjden was built in the mid-1960s and the neighborhood consists of apartments only. Adjacent to the residential area is woodland with electric light trails and paths. Alhem's cemetery breaks off with open and well-kept areas.

In 2023, the housing supply at Moröhöjden increased, apartments were ready for occupation and more apartments began to be built. There is a preschool and a supermarket.

The natural land within the residential area is valuable for residents in the area, and via the electric light trail at Moröhöjden it is easy to get to the exercise trails at Vitberget.
