A fantastic singer, musician, and songwriter who, despite significant successes, is only at the beginning of his career.
As a child, Jens was called tone-deaf. Nevertheless, he took the country by storm when he clinched fourth place in Idol, proving the opposite. The debut single that followed, "Just as You Want," went platinum and has been played over 10 million times on Spotify to date. In the fall of 2020, it was Jens's turn to be interpreted in the TV program when one of the year's participants performed "Just as You Want."
His musical path seemed laid out, with mall tours awaiting, but Jens wanted to take his music in a different direction. With unique and grounded lyrics, a modern sound, and a new energy and passion for the folk genre, Jens has in recent years taken significant steps away from commercial pop. The ambition, a modern folk-pop that touches the soul, he has more than fulfilled. Jens has built a strong relationship with his fans, and his songs often top the wish list for baptisms, funerals, weddings, and other important life events.
At the same time, he has smoothly navigated among the elite in Swedish modern pop music production, where his unique voice and keen sense of sharp melodies have made Jens Hult an established name among Stockholm's and Sweden's heaviest producers and songwriters. Among his recent collaborations, we find names such as David Lindgren-Zacharias, Viktor Norén, Salem Al Fakir, Vincent Pontare, Robin Stjernberg, Sandro Cavazza, Gustaf Norén, Sara Zacharias, and others.
Jens Hult is currently working on finalizing new original material that will be relevant for release in the near future and will soon take the singer, artist, and storyteller Jens Hult back on the roads and a stage near you.
