This group in seated chair dancing wants to counteract loneliness and is aimed at those who are on day off, are on sick leave or perhaps have an NPD diagnosis, but EVERYONE is welcome!
Dancing increases your bodily well-being and your everyday health! To sit and dance is a way to dare to find new movement patterns and helps those who have difficulty with balance to be able to dance!
