Qigong and tai chi at Bryggarbacken

On Wednesday mornings in May, you can try qigong and tai chi next to the Skellefteå River. Qigong is a form of exercise based on performing slow movements while controlling breathing, calming our minds, and listening inward.


On Wednesday mornings in May, you can try qigong and tai chi next to the Skellefteå River. Qigong is a form of exercise based on performing slow movements while controlling breathing, calming our minds, and listening inward.

This enhances us as individuals, strengthens our health, improves mobility in our bodies, and increases the body's internal energy flow, which we call qi. No prior experience is needed to try different qigong movements.

For 45 minutes, you can participate in exercises led by one of Norrchi's leaders.
