Think safe

Week after week, the tabloids are filled with news about stolen passwords, scams and hijacking programs. Warnings regularly come from banks and others about malicious code and unauthorized contact attempts. Anne-Marie Löwinder gives you the basics on how to stay safer in the digital world.

Hacked Facebook accounts are commonplace. By thinking about how you act online and by taking simple measures, security is significantly improved, both for you and for those around you.

Anne-Marie Eklund Löwinder is one of Sweden's leading experts in information and cyber security. In 2013, she became the first Swede to be inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame. For almost 20 years, she was Chief Information Security Officer at the Internet Foundation. Now she is CEO of her own company Amelsec. She is a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) and the AI Commission. She is also a board member of the Swedish Transport Administration, the Swedish Tax Agency, the Defense Materiel Administration and the Irish top-level domain administrator .IE

For her efforts in information security, Anne-Marie has received, among other things, HMH Carl XVI Gustav's gold medal of the 8th size, IVA's gold medal and the Data Association's Lifetime Achievement Award.
