Rock N Roll Music Film Festival

Film and music each move people on their own, and when you combine the two, it becomes a magical experience. The Rock n Roll Music Film Festival aims to create this experience and offers films where we get a behind-the-scenes look through three different documentaries, all with rock n roll as the common theme.

The festival will be a meeting place for those who love music and are also interested in documentary films. In the lobby adjacent to the cinema, a small exhibition featuring items related to The Stones will be displayed.

The first documentary is about an artist who started playing in an all-girl band, back when women were not expected to be able to play rock’n’roll. How wrong everyone was.

The second documentary is about one of the original members of what has now become one of the world’s largest and most successful rock bands.

The third documentary is about one of Sweden’s most iconic bands, giving us insight into how it started and what happened next.

The event is held in collaboration with Film i Västerbotten and Folkets hus Skelleftehamn.
