This spring, Peter Jöback embarks on a nationwide concert hall tour alongside pianist and composer Nils-Petter Ankarblom. The tour highlights the songs, the voice, and the stories, featuring the best of his 14 albums as well as gems from musical collaborations and musicals.

On April 27, Peter Jöback will perform at Sara kulturhus in Skellefteå!

Earlier this year, Peter released his 14th studio album, Atlas, which has been praised by both critics and listeners alike. The album features collaborations with Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Ed Harcourt, and Kathryn Williams. Since his debut in 1993, he has worked with renowned artists such as Sia, Kate Pierson, Gail Ann Dorsey, and Björn & Benny, to name a few.

Peter Jöback has also achieved great success in musicals, including Kristina från Duvemåla, Jesus Christ Superstar, Les Misérables, and The Phantom of the Opera. The latter took him all the way to Broadway, where in 2013 he performed one of musical theatre’s most iconic roles as the Phantom. His performance garnered such acclaim that in 2018, during Broadway’s 30th-anniversary celebration of The Phantom of the Opera, he was personally invited by composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and director Harold Prince to reprise the role.

Peter has also appeared in films, including the award-winning Jag kommer hem igen till jul (I'll Be Home for Christmas), the TV series Modus, and as the Swedish voice of Aladdin.

In 2021, he released his autobiography Att bära sig själv (To Carry Oneself), sharing personal stories from his life—some of which will be part of this unique concert experience.

Tickets go on sale Friday, December 20, at 11:00 AM via sarakulturhus.se, ticketmaster.se, and Skellefteå Turistcenter.
