The comedy show "Do I look fat in this?"
Jan Bylund and Mattias Lundberg are back with a new comedy show that is unlike any other: In "Do I look fat in this?", non-stop laughter is promised, where they humorously celebrate the women in their lives and offer generous insights into everything we don't dare say about relationships.
After the success of "Mamma Ljuger", where they attracted 60,000 visitors to nearly 150 performances, Jan Bylund and Mattias Lundberg are back on stage with a new comedy show that is unlike anything else: In "Do I Look Fat in This? - Dad Lies Too" 90 minutes of non-stop laughter and recognition are promised, where they humorously celebrate the women in their lives and offer generous insights into everything we dare - and don't dare - say about relationships.
Bylund & Lundberg direct their sharp, Norrland humor towards the brutal truth: That women are superior to men, while at the same time exposing the crazy things that men have always done:
- Why do they have to grill at all costs?
- Why do men think they're going to die as soon as they catch a cold?
- Why don't they know the name of the children's teacher, when they know Liverpool's team line-up from 1978?
All this and much more is explained in a comedy show that is a loving tribute to all the women who actually put up with the men in their lives.
"Do I Look Fat in This?" is a precise and heartfelt comedy that depicts the roller coaster of life. With great warmth, witty points, and raw honesty, a laugh-filled performance is served about everything from the small secrets of relationships to the big questions of life:
- Do you think she's prettier than I am?
- If I die, would you remarry?
- Are you really going to put those pants on?
The show also serves as a friendly reminder to you men that even though you, according to yourselves, are absolutely perfect – you couldn’t do without your women. Sure, you can change a tire and drill a hole in a shelf (with a little help from YouTube), but when it comes to finding your own socks, it’s suddenly a whole different story. It’s your wife who reminds you that you forgot to turn off the garage light – again. So even though you may not always admit it's loud, we all know that it's the women who are your invisible project managers, life coaches, and GPS units in everyday life.
Prepare yourself for a night full of laughter!
The performance is in Swedish.
