In this lecture with instagram profile Henrik Wahlström ( @henrikwahlstroem), you will learn about what bipolar disorder means, Henrik's own journey with the disease and how he has found ways to live with it.
The lecture also addresses how you as a relative can act and what we have to gain from talking openly about how we feel. It also discusses Henrik's project against stigmatization and for safety for people with diagnoses.
