Ten years ago, we in Skellefteå saw that depopulation and decommissioning were eroding our ability to manage our core business and welfare. Therefore, we set new and aggressive goals for our development. They were about people, society and businesses. Right now, we are navigating through a major storm - but we still have the same faith in our journey as we did then. We'll explain why.
