At Helpdesk in House E at Campus students will get help with access control, and support for users and computers. This also applies to university staff at Campus Skellefteå.

Digital accessibility is good. We know how important it is to offer networks that work, and at Campus we try to make it as easy as possible. Campus Skellefteå's network is available for Campus students and students are informed about it at start-up.

Skeguest network
For visitors to the campus we offer a free network, Skeguest. To log in to Skeguest you need a username and password. You can order this specifically via the portal that you will be greeted with after connecting to the network. The login details are valid for 30 days and the user can connect two devices per ticket. If the user needs additional devices, he/she orders a new ticket. The user can order multiple tickets to the same mobile number.

Teaching can be done in different ways. A teacher can post text, pictures, presentations, videos and anything else you need for your course. Through videoconferencing, you can participate in group discussions, for example. So even if you're in different parts of the world, you'll still get together. So this summer, some distance learners come back to Skellefteå and want to sit on campus to take advantage of the resources available. No matter where you study, you will benefit from taking advantage of the services Campus Skellefteå offers.
