Welcome as an exhibitor at Inflyttardagen 2025. Inflyttardagen has become an appreciated tradition in Skellefteå - and now it's almost time again! On Sunday, May 25, we invite new residents to a wonderful day filled with meetings, activities and coffee at the Nordanå area.

We are happy and grateful that you want to be part of making this year's moving-in day possible. Together we create a warm welcome for Skellefteå's new residents!

In previous years, Inflyttardagen has attracted over 100 exhibitors and up to 2,000 visitors - a great opportunity to be seen, inspire and contribute to new residents' first steps in their new hometown.

Practical information for exhibitors

Set-up and times

• The stand must be ready and manned by 10.30 at the latest.

• Do not pack up early - the exhibition area closes at 16.00.

• Maps and information about your location will be sent out well in advance of the event.

Exhibition space and equipment

• Standard area: approx. 2.5 x 2 meters, outdoors.

• In case of bad weather, we may be able to offer space indoors (please note that the area will be smaller).

• Chairs and tables are not included, but a limited number of market stalls (used at the Christmas market) are available to borrow for free - first come, first served.

• Electricity is available if needed.

Activities and exhibitions

Have you indicated that you need extra space for an activity or want to hold a show? We try to accommodate all requests and will return with times and location. Those of you who are in the program will receive special information about it.

Other information

• There is no cost to participate as an exhibitor.

• Fika tickets will be distributed on site to all exhibitors.

• The stand will be manned throughout the day.

Tips for exhibitors!

• Keep in mind that many visitors are completely new to Skellefteå - feel free to present what you offer and how you can be a support in their new everyday life.

• Bring clear material, something visual or interactive if it fits. Preferably in both English and Swedish.

• Feel free to dress in something with a logo or nameplate for recognition.
