• Taste experiences at Guldtorget
  A living kitchen takes place right in the city center. Here, chefs, local producers and visiting actors meet in cooking, duels and creative meetings that put both tradition and innovation on the menu.

• Lectures and talks
  Take part in dialogues and discussions on preparedness, the future of food, self-sufficiency and the role of food in societal development. Inspiring voices from both local and national level share knowledge and ideas.

• Food and craft market at Nordanå
  On May 30 and June 6, Nordanå will be filled with local producers, craftsmen and small-scale operators. Here you can taste, shop and meet the people behind the food and crafts.

• From tradition to future
