Exhibition boxes for Society Expo 2026
Exhibition boxes are now available to order for Society Expo 2026. The work on the exhibition boxes is focused on creating a uniform, functional and aesthetically pleasing solution that also takes into account cost, environment and logistics. The boxes will be central elements of the exhibition and will create a coherent scenography of the event spaces.
The cost
The first 30 boxes are offered at a reduced price of SEK 15,000 per single box. The offer applies to one box per partner. For additional boxes, the regular price of SEK 28,000 each applies.
The sales price of boxes beyond the first 30 is SEK 28,000 for a complete single box. Any additional equipment or special technical requirements will incur additional costs.

Design and construction
The frame of the boxes is made of glulam, 90 x 90 mm. Each box measures 2.4 x 2.4 x 2.4 meters and has a robust construction with a visible wooden frame that contributes to a solid look both inside and out. Three of the walls are clad with lower-grade plywood to keep costs down without compromising on stability or appearance.
To facilitate accessibility, the lower front edge of the structure is removed after erection, allowing wheelchair users and the visually impaired to enter the box. The structure is designed with reuse in mind, both in material selection and design, reducing environmental impact and making transportation more efficient.
Functionality and practical solutions
Under each box, blocks of impregnated wood are installed, creating a gap for lifting by tractor and space for wiring. The roof is made of trapezoidal, translucent plastic that protects against rain but lets in light. To ensure that rainwater runs off, the roof is built with a slope.
If necessary, several boxes can be joined together to form double or triple units, providing flexibility for larger exhibitions. More specific details on the appearance and equipment of the exhibition boxes can be found in the event production form.
