175 program items—with more to come ahead of Society Expo

The program for Society Expo 2026 continues to grow. There are already 175 events—and more are being added every day.

During Society Expo, May 27–June 9, stakeholders from across the country and international initiatives will gather in Skellefteå. Together, they will create one of the largest knowledge events in the city’s history—filled with discussions, meetings, exhibitions, and experiences.

The program reflects a society in transition. It offers content for those working in business, the public sector, or community development—but also for children, young people, educators, and residents who want to understand and experience the society of the future.

Examples from the program include:
