Students contribute to Society Expo – 42 artworks will be displayed in the square

Creativity takes center stage at Society Expo 2026.

Students from the arts program, Visual Arts and Design, at Anderstorp High School have created 42 unique works of art that will be part of the stage design in the square during the Expo.

Their assignment was to interpret the theme “A Place to Feel at Home” —based on Society Expo’s color palette. The result is a collection of works that navigate the realms of nature, imagination, and dreams.

Here, personal expressions meet shared visions of the future. What exactly is a place where you want to be? How does it feel? And what might it look like?

Through the students’ interpretations, visitors can experience different perspectives on this very topic—ranging from the immediate and everyday to the more visionary.

“This is a great example of how Society Expo brings together different voices in societal transformation. Young people’s perspectives are an important part of how we shape the future,” says [add name/title if desired].

The artworks will become part of the square’s design and help create a space for encounters, reflection, and new ideas during Society Expo 2026.
