Booking of venues within Society Expo 2026 is coordinated via Society Expo. This applies to conferences, meetings, and similar activities carried out within the context of the expo. Society Expo is responsible for adding booked activities to the overall program, while the respective actors are responsible for content and implementation.

The exhibition boxes are designed to create a uniform, functional, and aesthetically pleasing whole in the event areas. They are central elements of the exhibition and contribute to a cohesive scenography, while taking into account cost, environment, and logistics.

The exhibition boxes have a sturdy frame made of glued laminated timber, 90 x 90 mm, and each box measures 2.4 x 2.4 x 2.4 meters. The construction has a visible wooden frame that gives a solid impression both inside and out. Three walls are clad with plywood of a simpler quality to keep costs down without compromising stability or overall appearance.

The boxes are designed with a focus on accessibility, with the lower front edge removed after installation to facilitate access for wheelchair users and the visually impaired. The choice of materials and design are adapted for reuse, which reduces environmental impact and contributes to more efficient transport.

Impregnated wooden blocks are mounted under each box to create space for cable routing and enable lifting with a tractor. The roof consists of transparent, trapezoidal profiled plastic that protects against rain while allowing daylight in, with a slope to ensure good drainage. If necessary, several boxes can be joined together to form larger units, such as double or triple boxes. More details about design and equipment can be found in the event production form.

The first 30 boxes are offered at a reduced price of SEK 15,000 per single box. The offer is valid for one box per partner or management.

For boxes beyond the first 30, the regular price of SEK 28,000 per complete single box applies.

The price refers to a complete single box. Any additional equipment or special technical solutions may incur additional costs.

Orders are placed using a form that has been sent out to partners, municipal administrations, and companies as part of the preparations for the event production.

The deadline for submitting the form is January 23.

Yes, additions to the form, such as cancellations or orders for additional boxes, can be made until January 30.

We recommend that the box be staffed on weekdays between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and on weekends between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to ensure the best possible interaction with visitors. However, staffing is not a requirement.

After the event, each owner is responsible for how the box is handled. If the box is returned to Society Expo, all assembly must be dismantled. The box will then be donated.

Partners are featured in Society Expo's communication channels before, during, and after the expo, in accordance with the agreed partnership.

Yes, partners may use Society Expo 2026 in their own communications in accordance with the guidelines provided.

Yes, Society Expo provides basic communication materials and guidelines, such as logos and graphic elements.
