One of their most notable projects is the Arctic Center of Energy (ACE) at Campus Skellefteå.

Hive Arkitektur & Projektledning will be one of the participants in a lecture and subsequent panel discussion about the ACE building. The program item is organized by Skellefteå Municipality, and Hive Arkitektur & Projektledning will share its experiences of running projects in a structured manner to achieve set goals.

As a partner in the implementation of ACE, Hive Arkitektur & Projektledning has been involved in creating long-term value for Skellefteå in a project that combines innovation, sustainability, and structured working methods. The building is designed as a living test bed for the energy systems of the future and will include research laboratories, flexible environments for education, and integrated systems for solar and wind power with energy storage.
In addition, the building is certified according to Miljöbyggnad Guld (Green Building Gold) and net zero climate impact, which clearly reflects the circular ambitions of sustainability and energy efficiency.
