WELS Sweden is a technical consultant in real estate, industry, and civil engineering that develops sustainable and future-proof solutions in areas such as construction, electrical, HVAC, and energy. Working closely with customers, the focus is on quality, efficient use of resources, and technology, which they will talk more about during their participation in Society Expo 2026.

Contribution to sustainability

WELS works with sustainability in all parts of the construction process: from the early stages together with clients to optimisation in material selection, energy efficiency and reuse. The solutions include climate-improved concrete, wood and hybrid frames, flexibility for future needs, energy optimisation, environmental building standards and circular material flows. In addition, customers receive support in analyzing energy use and proposals for measures that reduce costs and carbon dioxide emissions, both through technical solutions, behavioral changes, and investments in renewable energy.
