Rental apartments in a central and scenic area in Byske
For all of Skellefteå to grow, investments outside the city center are important. Therefore, Skebo is building 24 rental apartments on Bäckgatan in Byske. They are move-in ready in February 2024.
Byske is located 30 kilometers north of Skellefteå. The new apartments will be an extension of the current residential area on Bäckgatan. It is an attractive and scenic area right next to an electric light trailn in the forest.
The apartments will have either one or two bedrooms and will be distributed in two houses with lofts, two floors and wooden facades.

I Myckle finns det sammanlagt 36 hyresbostäder som inledande boende för Skellefteå kommuns egna anställda. Bostäderna stod klara våren 2025.
