Getberget gets new townhouses
Close to nature, 2 kilometers east of the Skellefteå city center, 20 new tenant-owned townhouses will be built. Construction starts in the fall of 2024 and will be completed by the end of 2025.
The townhouses will be built along Humlegatan at Getberget, directly adjacent to the existing residential area. The townhouses have two floors, 6 rooms and are 110 square meters in size. All houses will have a terrace with the possibility of growing plants on the southwest lawn, and a carport with charging facilities on the entrance side. The roofs will be equipped with solar panels.
The area is close to a newly built school and preschool, recreational areas, swimming pools and sports facilities.
