20 townhouses on Getberget
Twenty cooperative townhouses have been developed in the Lejongapet neighbourhood. The homes were ready for occupancy in January 2026.
The townhouses are located on Humlegatan in the north, directly adjacent to the existing residential area. Each home is 98.5 square metres spread over two floors with five rooms. All townhouses have a carport and a south-west facing terrace with the possibility of growing plants.
Nearby there is a newly built school and preschool, outdoor recreation areas and proximity to both a swimming pool and sports facilities.
