More housing north of lake Falkträsket

Skellefteå municipality is preparing land for 78 new plots south of Dansgatan in Falkträsket.

The new plots will be placed in the former forest area, the size of 14 football fields. The area is adjacent to the existing residential area north of Dansgatan. The plots are divided between two areas, one for terraced houses and one for detached houses. Nature will be preserved and provide an area to relax and socialize.
