Apartments with a lake view
A new building with 17 rental apartments is being built next to the lake Burträsket. They will be move-in ready in February 2024.
The apartments are being built on an undeveloped plot between Björnstigen and Långåkersgatan. It will be a three-story building with two different apartment types, one- and two-bedroom apartments of approximately 54 and 75 square meters. All apartments will have a balcony and storage space. Outdoors, there will be green areas with plants that benefit bees and pollination, as well as seating and cultivation boxes.
Close by you can find forest areas, hiking trails and the lake Burträsket, with a marina for those interested in boating. In the summer the lake is used for swimming and in the winter it is transformed into a walking path and a track for long-distance skating.
An activity park has also recently been built in Burträsk.

I Myckle finns det sammanlagt 36 hyresbostäder som inledande boende för Skellefteå kommuns egna anställda. Bostäderna stod klara våren 2025.
