Condominiums with nature on the doorstep
Getberget is expanding its housing supply with 75 new condominiums. They are expected to be move-in ready in spring 2025.
North of the existing apartment buildings on Getbergsvägen, two new ten-storey apartment buildings are being built with apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms. There are plans for a courtyard with a barbecue area, good opportunities for recyling, a garage, several charging stations for electric cars, solar panels on the roofs and bicycle storage.
Sustainability is a recurring theme for the homes, the goal is to be certified according to Miljöbyggnad silver.
A new pedestrian and cycle path has been completed along Getbergsvägen. The expansion has created a 4.5 km long, continuous main cycle path from the Morö Backe district to the city center.

Ett nytt levande bostadsområde planeras norr om Nyckelgatan, med 150-200 nya lägenheter och parkering i suterräng under byggnaderna.

Ett nytt bostadshus på Sörböle ska möta efterfrågan på fler centrala bostäder i Skellefteå. De 56 hyreslägenheterna kommer vara i varierande storlekar för olika faser i livet. Inflytt våren 2026.
