Solbacken - with room for more trade
Solbacken has a large commercial area with 18,000 square meters of retail space. There are also industries and the municipal waste disposal site Degermyran.
But the area is not fully developed. There is room for new shops and premises in the northern part of Solbacken. We want to develop Solbacken with more connections by car, bus and bicycle.
It is particularly important to retain and strengthen the green elements in the district so that the environment is as pleasant as possible to spend time in.
