180 eco-labeled homes to be built in Skelleftehamn

As more people move to Skellefteå, more houses need to be built. The housing supply in Skelleftehamn is now increasing with 180 eco-labeled apartments in the Jullen block. The first building will be move-in ready in the fall of 2024.

The apartments will be divided into six four-storey buildings with 30 apartments each, ranging from 29 to 70 square meters in size. In connections to the homes there will also be a bicycle storage room, a recycling room and 176 parking spaces.

The houses are being built with a focus on sustainable materials and construction choices. They will be labeled according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and have low energy consumption.

    Ett nytt bostadshus på Sörböle ska möta efterfrågan på fler centrala bostäder i Skellefteå. De 56 hyreslägenheterna kommer vara i varierande storlekar för olika faser i livet. Byggstart planeras till sommaren 2024 med inflytt 2026.

  • Lövgränd

    I kvarteret Nallebjörnen på Anderstorp planeras det för att utöka bostadsområdet med 60 radhus.

  • Östra Morö Backe

    Skellefteå kommun kommer att utveckla ett nytt bostadsområde på Morö Backe med cirka 250 bostäder i varierande upplåtelseformer. Markarbetet startar under hösten 2024. Tomterna planeras att säljas i början av 2026.
