A new residential area is emerging in Kåge
Skellefteå municipality is preparing land for 15 villa plots on Lergatan in Kåge. The plots will be available for sale in the fall of 2024.
The new plots are located near an existing and newly built villa area north of Dammängesgatan. Preparations are underway, including the laying of water and sewage pipes. In the next step, a new pedestrian and bicycle path and car road will be built. The road will be paved in 2025.
