IT Support Help Desk

In Building E, you’ll find the Campus Reception with a Helpdesk where you can get help with access card management. You can print documents at the Campus Library.

Students and visitors can use the Skeguest network.
To log in to Skeguest, you need a username and password. You can request these specifically through the portal that appears after connecting to the network. Login credentials are valid for 30 days, and users can connect two devices per ticket. If a user needs additional devices, they must order a new ticket. Users can order multiple tickets for the same mobile number.

Your user account - Sent to your registered address a few weeks before the start of the semester, contains personal user information. Don’t forget to report your move if you’ve chosen student housing during your studies.
