Are you interested in building a new house, a garage or any other type of building on your property? Whatever project you are interested in, we can help guide you through the process.
Generally you need to get a permit before you can start building, and then follow the national building code as well as our local regulations in Skellefteå.

We know that all of this can be rather complicated, so to help you know which steps you need to take, we offer consultations free of charge. Meet with us och discuss your project, either virtually or in-person.
- In-person consultations at our open house on Thursdays between 1 and 3 pm at Svalan, Viktoriagatan 2, Skellefteå External link.. You can drop by whenever you like during this time, just know that you may have to wait a while for your turn.
