Swimming school for foreign-born adults
Our adult swim school for foreign-born is a preparatory swim school where you get more water experience and learn the basics of breaststroke, safely and securely.
On Mondays between 16.30 and 17.10 there is a swimming school for foreign-born adults in the multi-purpose pool at Eddahallen.
Each session has a maximum of eight places. If there are fewer than five participants, the session is cancelled.
There will be no swimming school during school holidays and on red days.
No prior knowledge is required, just a pair of swimwear and a towel.
There will be both female and male swimming instructors. The swimming group is mixed, both men and women.
If you sign up for more lessons, you will receive tips and advice on how to practice on your own and how to become even more confident in the water.
