Our shared mission as employees at Skellefteå municipality is that we are community builders. Every working day is about making the municipality function as well as possible for all the people who live and work here. This works with a governance and management based on the whole, that promotes trust and cooperation where every employee has an important role in achieving our goals.

In order to create the best quality and the greatest benefit for residents, we benefit from the commitment and abilities of both residents and employees. Our tasks can be both difficult and complex, but we always strive to be even better at what we do.
