The youth centers in Skellefteå are aimed at all young people from grade seven upwards. Here you participate when you feel like it. The youth centers are safe environments, where we care about and respect each other. Welcome to your youth center!
If you want to become a member of a youth center, you have the opportunity to participate in all activities, influence which activities should be available, etc.

The youth centre is located in Burträsk, four miles southwest of Skellefteå in new premises at Björnåkerskolan.

Normally we are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during the evening, but you can see the current times on our Instagram External link.
The youth centre is located in Bureå, two miles south of Skellefteå. We are located in the old municipal building in the school area and are open primarily to all young people from grade 7 and up, but we also have activities for other ages.

The youth centre is located in Ursviken, one mile from Skellefteå in the same premises as Folkets hus Klemensnäs. The entrance is opposite the ice rink Kopparhallen.

Welcome to Holken. We are located in Kåge, one mile north of Skellefteå in the same premises as Kågeskolan 1-9. Our address is Jörnsvägen 27, 93432 Kåge.
Hello all young people at Kågeskolan.
We are open from 18.00 and close at 22.00. Year 6 may be at Holken on Friday and Saturday evenings between 18.00 - 21.00. You are all very welcome. See the schedule for other evenings and opening hours on Facebook and Instagram.
Holken is open to young people in grades 6-9. Membership cards are written on site. The membership card is free.

What can you do at Holken?
- Girls', boys' and mixed talk groups
- Gympa - Friday and Saturday evenings are booked 18.00-22.00. Other evenings, if available. Young people choose what they want to do.
- Video games - PS4 (NB! no bloody violent games)!
- VR games - PS4 (NB! no bloody violent games).
- TV with Youtube, Netflix and more
- Acoustic guitar
- Music room - drum set, 1 electric guitar and 2 bass, synthesizer and vocal system
Make your own music via Holken's sound mixing computer, add your own song or guitar. - Lill-gympan with floorball, football etc.
- LAN every fall & spring (fall holidays and sports holidays). Also shorter evening LAN.
- Digital DJ equipment
- Filming with a digital video camera
- Making e.g. IMovies
- Group rooms - painting, drawing, watching TV, dancing, sewing etc.
- Baking and cooking
- Playing table games, billiards and table tennis
- Talking about important things with adults
- Cuddle, chill, hang out, give thanks, socialize and buzz.

The farm's target group is primarily students in grades 6-9. We also collaborate with other actors in Kåge who work with young people. Our hope is to conduct activities that suit as many people as possible, both in terms of group activities and open activities.

Welcome to the leisure center Karat. We are located in Boliden, three miles west of Skellefteå on the ground floor of Bolidenskolan's high school building. Our target group is grades 7 - 9.
Here at the leisure center you can meet friends, and make new friends in a safe environment. We treat each other with respect, so that everyone can feel happy and safe.
We publish weekly programs on our Instagram. Partly planned, voluntary activities but also evenings open to suggestions from the youths, to increase inclusion and participation.
Our entrance doors are always locked for increased security, knock on the door and we will let you in. Welcome to us!

Fritidsgården Kåken is located in Skelleftehamn, one and a half miles east of Skellefteå.

Welcome to Loftet. We are located in the district of Morö Backe in Skellefteå, five kilometers northeast of Skellefteå center, at Morö Backe center.
We focus on music, culture, sports and health.

Welcome to Mingos. We are located in Lövånger, five miles south of Skellefteå in Fritidscenter Lövånger with library, Folkets Hus, sports hall, gym and bathhouse. All young people from grade 7 up to 18 years are welcome.
Afternoons
We sell coffee and light meals.
You can come and just hang out , but also get help with your homework.
Some afternoons we show movies or have other activities.

Welcome to Plejset (popularly known as UG). We are located in Byske, three miles north of Skellefteå in the same premises as Byskeskolan. Please note that we have changed the opening hours every evening!

- Gym - Wednesday evenings between 19.00-20.00 & Friday evenings between 20.00 - 21.00.

- TV with standard channels including Youtube etc.
- Music room - drum kit, 2 electric guitars, 1 bass and vocal equipment

- We can "Skype" in TV room with big screen TVs
- Editing room - video, image, music (making beats, singing etc.), creating your own Youtube channel and movies, computer programming etc.

A lot happens at VG, besides meeting friends and making new friends. We work creatively to strengthen young people's self-esteem and give them tools for life. Our activities are based on everyone's equal value and we treat each other with respect, consideration and tolerance. We strive for an activity that feels welcoming and safe. We strive to be present adults who let everyone feel seen and heard, build relationships, set limits and are good role models in a drug-free environment.
