As a chef with us, you create great meals from scratch as far as possible. We think that good quality raw materials are important and choose primarily locally produced and secondly Swedish. - Good quality raw materials are important and we primarily choose locally produced and secondly Swedish. You develop the food, kitchens and meals in close cooperation with colleagues, customers and diners. Creating good relationships and providing service to diners and customers is part of the job.
- Weekdays we serve about 8000 portions to primary schools, 300 portions to preschools and about 2500 portions to secondary schools. In addition, every day we cook about 3000 portions for people who receive care and support from the municipality and the hospital. In our staff restaurants, we serve about 400 people lunch on weekdays.

- Three of our larger kitchens have woks in their serving areas. Some of our kitchens have frying tables.
- We have a recipe group that would like to receive new recipes to test. It can be both lunch/dinner, bread, desserts, snacks, breakfast and starters.
- We have a kitchen, bakery and a staff restaurant together with Region Västerbotten.
- The meals department belongs to the Support and premises administration. All service departments are gathered here.
