Casting float, Bombarda and Sbirulino

There are a many different models and names, but all are variations on a float for your casting rod.

Common baits: Leader with various flies, shrimp or baitfish

Other tips: Whichever model you choose, the float acts as both a weight and a float and allows you to fish with lighter baits such as flies, worms and shrimp on spinning gear. The method is popular for sea trout fishing but can work on most species depending on the choice of bait or lure.
